· Build relationshipswith key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
· Provide consultationon planning (schedules, manpower needs etc.)
· Monitoring allprojects are run efficiently and with maximum cost efficiency
· Providing contractualsupport around contract preparation, administration and document control
· Establish and maintainof Quantity Surveying/Procurement Process
· Cost Estimation andPlanning
· Procurement &tender valuation
· Variation Management

· Cost reporting
· Other ad hoc tasksassigned by the company.

· Proven experienceas estimator or similar position
· Familiarity withfinancial and project management principles
· In depth knowledge ofresearch and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
· Exquisite math and ITability with an analytical mindset
· Proficientin relevant software (Microsoft Office Suite, CostX etc)
· Outstandingcommunication and negotiation abilities
