5. 对新西兰民宅，轻商业，联排公寓有基本了解。对NZS3604有基本认知

Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our Pukekohe based team. We offer a fast paced estimating service for a wide variety of building projects, from new single level houses through to multi-level architectural buildings. The role will involve estimating quantities for all building materials including frames, trusses, loose timber and hardware.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following:
- An eye for detail, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of quotes
- The ability to co-ordinate with detailers and our manufacturing team to clarify buildability
- Good mathematical ability
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets
- A sound understanding of residential construction and NZS 3604
- Previous experience in estimating construction/building materials
- The ability to communicate in fluent Mandarin
This is a full-time position. Remuneration will be discussed with you upon successful application.
