OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WITH ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND
Company: Mission Hill Homes
Location: Dairy Flat, Auckland
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
A high degree of accuracy and speed with data entry
High level written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Xero and MS office
Experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
Proactively caused a positive and productive work ethic and culture
Keen to add value to your role and have a can-do attitude
Ability to self-manage and accept responsibility for own performance
To be successful in this role, ideally you need to have some working experience in accounting
This role will involve but will not be limited to:
Manage company E-mail
Payables & Receivables data entry
Billing queries
Reconcile payments into database
Assisting director with other tasks as required

按时处理公司的电子邮件
及时录入应付和应收账单
账单检查和校正
录入数据到公司数据库
协助公司的Director完成其他工作
