We are looking for someone to take care our busy office work of a upgoing business.
This position is to work start as Part Time/or Full Time (20 to 30hours per week) office assistant to our property management company.
The right candidate need to have:
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Good computing skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
• Good communication skills
• A flexible attitude
• Interest in Real Estate and Property Management
A brief outline (but not limited to) of the position is as follows:
• The overall responsibility and management of a portfolio of residential properties.
• Bringing on new business forms a big part of this role initially
• Airbnb house management
• Liaising with owners in a highly efficient, effective and professional manner.
• Working with contractors to organise maintenance jobs on properties
• Completing Detailed inspections of properties and reporting back to owners.
• Responsibility of ensuring full occupancy for all properties in your portfolio
• Letting of vacant Properties
• Tribunal and insurance work
We are looking for a high calibre individual with experience in property management.
Being highly competent and computer literate is important but not as important as being a highly effective communicator.
