ProjectManager
- Proven experience inthe residential construction sector
- Strong experience inresidential, multi-unit project work.
- Significant contractmanagement experience.
- A sound understandingof the NZ Building Code NZ3604, and conditions of contract NZ3910
- Have strong programmemanagement and delivery skills
- Excellentunderstanding of all facets of the construction process both financially andtechnically
- Be a team-player
- Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
- A high level ofintegrity
- An ability to thinkcreatively and problem solve
- A focus on results andgetting the job done
The successful candidate will have:
- Full Drivers Licence
- Minimum 2 years'residential construction experience as a Project Manager
- Proficient in Exceland MS Project
- Excellentcommunication and planning skills
- Trade Qualification inCarpentry and/or a tertiary qualification relevant to Project Management
Site Manager
- Initiate and mobilisethe resources necessary for successful project delivery
- Support the ProjectManager in ensuring that all individual project stages maintain a high level ofquality and safety
- Ensuring timely andsuccessful stage completion and handover of multiple work fronts and deliveries
- Ensuring thatcommunications with the wider development stakeholders is fluid, concise andtimely
- OverseeForemen, Carpenters and Apprentices as well other subbies
- Delivertoolbox talks and H&S inductions
- Identifyand manage site risks as well as monitor QS.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 years’ experience in a hands-on carpentry position
- 2 years’ experience as a site manager
- Excellent communication and planning skills
