EISNO Lifetech Appliance is now seeking an experienced full-time marketing manager.
Job responsibilities:
· Responsible for marketing and sales team;
· Formulate the development and implementation of sales strategies;
· Understand and articulate core products and services, define the needs of existing and new Local/Overseas customers;
· Set sales targets in order to maximize our sales and customer loyalty;
· Organising the collection, management of marketing data for the purpose of marketing strategy planning;
· Creating advertisement materials and deciding the appropriate channels for advertisement. Management of the implementation of the advertisement;
· Monitoring, improving and creating when necessary marketing guidelines and policies in companywide and to manage the operation of such policies;
· Managing and participating in marketing activities, to achieve the sales target of the company;
· Undertaking market research and reviewing consumers’ behaviors, to identify future marketing opportunities;
· Overseeing the feedbacks from consumers, in order to capture the behavior trends and provide recommendation and predict for the development, market promotion and pricing;
· Providing necessary marketing trainings include leadership and technical direction to employees when needed and to plan and create systematic training programs for employees
· Maintaining existing business relationships and to continue development of new business relationships
Education:
At minumum Bachelor Degree in Management
Experience:
· Additional to the education requirement, must have proven managerial experience in marketing or sales, for at least 5 years.
· Have more than2 years sales, marketing, client maintenance and after -sales experience in kitchen appliance and cabinet industry will have advantage.
· A person who is fluent Mandarin Chinese will have a distinctive advantage
Knowledge:
· Good working knowledge of all MS Office Applications
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong presentation skills;
· Motivated, enthusiastic and professional
· Familiar with products in the relevant industry is preferred
Competencies:
· Professional knowledge in Management and Marketing
· Ability to work with a team as well as independently
· Ability to meet independently and as a leader
· Ability to influence and persuade
· A keen awareness to markets trends and market movements
