2：合格的申请者需要具备自我管理能力来协助运营主管与其团队实现业务目标, 管理营销计划,完成销售指标。
3：合格的申请者需要给予顾客咨询服务，能够计算成本，报价与结算，能够跟进客户与及时服务客户。
4：合格的申请者需具备自主开发营销计划的能力，同时还需要开发新客户和维系老客户。
申请者必须能够流利的使用英语口语与汉语口语。
根据申请者的能力与经验我们将提供一份优越的薪水包含底薪与提成。
这个职位的申请者需要拥有新西兰永久居民或是合法的工作签证。

Thriving building LTD is a market leading flooring retailer. We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager to develop our rapidly growing business.
The successful candidate will have the autonomy to develop marketing plans and pursue new customers whilst also supporting and maintaining our regular customers.
The successful candidate should be well organised and motivated to support the Managing Directors and his team to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will have multi-tasks for this position:
Developing and managing marketing plans
Managing and organizing sale targets;
Consulting with customers;
Costing, quoting and closing the sale;
Following -up and customer care
An Academic Qualification/ or Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred You must speak fluent English and Chinese .
A generous wages plus commission will be negotiated according to your experience and ability.
