Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager (3)
Reporting directly to Marketing Director, you will manage and develop booking channels actively. You will be a self-starter as well as a highly organized team player, who has an exceptional eye for detail, highly motivated and well organised preferably with experience and contacts in the market. Your communication and excellent commercialskills are key to negotiate and close a deal.
Key Accountabilities:
• Perform in line with revenue targets and KPI's.• Attend trade shows and client networking as and when required.
• Maintain regular contacts and organise periodically updates with clients.
• Liaise with reservations team on rate settings and contract negotiations.
• Effectively manage a portfolio and relationship of corporate, travel agency related market segments.
The successful candidate will have:
• Relevant tertiary qualification.• Good result-oriented management skills.
• Sound knowledge of budgets, forecasting, reporting and analytical skills.
• 2-3 years of sales experience within a corporate/hotel environment is desirable.
