我停路边,5分钟的停车的地方,超了2分钟,他罚了40D,正常吗?
现在又多一个问题了,我想上网pay,但是它有不能让我pay

-You have entered either the notice number or the vehicle registration incorrectly
-Your infringement notice has not yet reached the system
-You have exceeded the pay by date and your infringement has been sent to the Ministry of Justice for further action
-Your infringement has already been paid
-Your infringement has been exempted

应该是系统还没有更新，等下周应该会有的，放心，你会如愿的，5分钟通常都是LOADINGZONE，你是货车吗，还是停车的区域在哪，如果是繁忙地段，会罚的比较重的，还有，你确定你只超了2分钟
