刚刚又上网看了一遍这个盘。顺便看中介的个人介绍。被一篇最近客人写的评论惊艳到了奥克兰顶级房产销售的魅力。

My name is Ted Manson and I have been in the business of buying, building, renovating, and selling houses and apartments for over 46 years. My main company today is Mansons TCLM Ltd. Over the last 5 years, I have built 278 apartments-houses with only 10 of these being in the $2 million to $10 million price range which was where Michael came in.
I’ve known Michael for over 30 years but it is only recently that I’ve had some upmarket apartments-houses to sell where I knew Michael would 100% be the right person to engage to sell them for me. I approached Michael firstly in 2018 to meet him at a property my wife and I owned on Waiheke Island in Alan Murray Lane. We wanted between $9 mill and $10 mill for this property where buyers were few and far between, but due to Michaels's enthusiasm, my wife and I gave him a sole agency to market and sell the property. At this time the Government had stopped all offshore buyers from purchasing in NZ which made this an exceptionally hard property to sell in this price range. However, this didn’t deter Michael one bit and I must say I’ve never seen an agent so committed to selling a property with Michael catching the ferry over so many times to show people through.
He would get to our Waiheke property an hour or 2 before the purchasers arrived, buy flowers for the place, have chilled Champagne and flutes ready, and spend a lot of time enhancing the property to show it off at its best. This took Michael dozens of working hours in the daytime, weekend, and evenings presenting the property to many different purchasers. Michael over this time never lost his enthusiasm to sell the property and no matter what was always there with his confidence and charm to show buyers through. After a few hours of negotiation, an unconditional agreement was negotiated with a long settlement date of 9 months to give the purchaser enough time to sell their property which Michael also achieved. Our Waiheke property sold for $9,250,000 where my wife Maria and I well more than happy with the price and the outcome.
At this time I was finishing off building a block of Apartments in Coates Ave Orakei where my intention was to sell 2 really upmarket penthouses and 4 sub penthouses and keep the 12 apartments below. After Waiheke, I didn’t have to even think about who I would get to market these apartments, I got Michael in, signed a long sole agency and that was it. Michael started marketing these apartments around the third quarter of 2019 when the market was very slow and tough, especially for 2 bedroom apartments over $2 mill and 3B penthouses at $6 mill. Here again, Michael personally organised show furniture for a number of apartments, set up this furniture along with paintings for the walls and even some of his own personal furniture and paintings.
His presentation was superb once again with flowers, champagne, (at the right times) and it wasn’t long before he started to make sales. Covid struck with lockdowns in 2020 which made all Real-Estate even harder to sell but this didn’t phase Michael one bit. He kept showing buyers through when he could with Covid, regularly achieving some really great sales, including 2 x $6 mill unconditional sales for the top 2 Penthouses, which was more than I thought was possible at the time to achieve. Plus the 4 sub-penthouses sold between $2,195,000 and $2,425,000 which I was also more than happy with.
Total sale settlements achieved by Michael from August 2019 to November 2020 amounted to $48,095,000 in just over 1 year.
With me personally and through my many companies, over the last 47 years, I have purchased, renovated, built, and sold well over $2 Billion worth of property. Over this time, I have dealt with hundreds of agents including all the top agents from every Real-Estate company in Auckland and Michael is right up there with the very best of them, if not the best. I could even go a step further to say Michael probably works harder than the rest as he is available 24/7, day and night no matter what. Also, I would say his honesty, integrity, and loyalty are 100% and his confidence and ability to make the most complicated sale work, is outstanding. He is also very kind, charming, and driven and due to these rare traits, gets on with all the people he is working with, to not only get the utmost best price for the Vendor but at the same time take all the stress out of the whole process.
In conclusion, I would have no doubt whatsoever in recommending Michael to anyone I know to use him to sell their property.

这才是真正的投资者,将贵的全部卖了回笼资金并且锁定利润,剩下做为长线固定收入,亦为以后投资或者退休打下坚实基础,并且在地的产权以及body corporation 上占有大多数发言权,钱都让这家伙赚了,甚至以后的仍然是他的
