建筑面积三百以上的房子是这个区的主流。考虑到建筑面积,这个区其实是便宜的。老Pinehill 还加上地大,七八百的常见。现在同一个校区一百平方米房子三百平方米地也要一百万了,Pinehill 这些大房子卖180万还贵吗?明明是便宜好吗?

Toxic gas and liquid run-off means the North Shore City Council's plans to transform the former Rosedale landfill intoa public area have been put on hold.
The landfill became public property eight years ago when ownership was transferred to the North Shore City Council but the site has remained closed off to the public.
The presence of toxic leachate liquid and methane gas, produced from decomposing waste, means it will be another three years of clean-up until development can begin.
Council parks manager Martin van Jaarsveld says a number of public uses are being considered for the site including walkways, BMX tracks and botanical gardens.
"It is not a very stable piece of land so it would not be suitable for sports fields because there will be some movement from time to time," he says.
The area covers about 38 hectares.
Mr van Jaarsveld says that could be divided into three sections – each with a different risk level.
"The Rosedale landfill is actually quite deep compared to other landfills in New Zealand."
He says the northern part, towards Greville Rd, could take up to 20 to 30 years before it is safe.
Mr van Jaarsveld says it is methane gas that poses the biggest risk to the public.
Most of the gas is used to generate electricity.
But he says if someone were to even light a cigarette there might be some explosions.
"So it's better to keep it closed and we will monitor it over time."
Once certain sections of the Rosedale landfill are approved for public access, the council will carry out a reserve management process.
At that time Mr van Jaarsveld says the public will be invited to put forward ideas or suggestions that will help to determine the final uses of the site.

捣什么乱啊不能简单google 一下那个垃圾山到底在哪吗?然后Pinehill 在哪儿?要是特别小心就避开高速附近那边,本来那边也都是握手楼还贼贵的,往Hugh Green东边看,那一大片房子不要太好哦离垃圾山老远了。社区成熟优美,非常体面的中产好区。而且基本上都没有游泳池,土豪不买,价格实惠。大部分在两百万以下。
