新西兰求教Land covenant里面这段是什么意思?
在新西兰
Not to erect a building on the land unless the plans and specifications thereof have been approved in wrting by the transferor or its appointed agent and such approval shall not be unreasonably whiheld PROVIDED HOWEVER that approval to such plans and specifications shall be deemed to have been given in respect of any building which has been erected and occupied for a period of twelve months or more PROVIDED FURTHER that this clause shall cease to have effect after the expiration of five years from the date of registration of the plan.
条款是1999年建立的。我自己理解持有5年以上这个条款就无效了?还是每次买卖都要开发商approve??
有人说要注意这条。还是没太明白

這個是民事了 按字面理解是的 但這5年是 after "the date of registration of the plan" 這就有點不明所以 你律師怎說?或者找個比較大規模的本地人房產律師問問吧
