Here’s the full list of projects （关注加亮蓝色，我删减了和Auckland 以及和民居开发关系不大的内容）
1) Kaikohe water storage facility
2) Unitec – Phase 1 – high density housing on the Unitec site in Auckland, 250 jobs.
3) Te Pa Tahuna – Phase 1
4) Papakāinga Network Development – the delivery of Papakainga across six sites; in Kaitaia, Pt Chevalier, Raglan, Waitara, Chatham Islands and Christchurch.
5) Britomart East Upgrade .
6) Papakura to Pukekohe electrification – electrification of rail from Papakura to Pukekohe and the construction of three rail platforms.
7) Wellington Metro Upgrade programme –
8) Picton Ferry Dock and Terminal upgrade
9) Northern Pathway –
10) Papakura to Drury SH1 roading upgrade – upgrades to SH1 to improve its capacity, as well as constructing new walking and cycling facilities to improve highway access and safety. This project aims to respond to population growth and provide transport options for people in South Auckland.
11) Te Ara Tūpuna – a cycleway and walkway

Unitec 那个，17,18年工党政府刚上台的时候动作搞得好像很大。 随着Kiwibuild破产，现在再也不提了。 只是靠近waterview那边建了一些，而且那边还是国家党政府的时候就规划好的.

要治富，先修路。按照这个理论，选择投资方向，是不是应该关注下面的信息：
1. Projects proceeding to route protection via Notice of Requirement:
We’re now underway with business cases, further investigations, and preparing Notices of Requirement (NoRs) to protect the land needed for the projects outlined below:
North West projects
The Detailed Business Case for all North West projects is nearing completion. We expect to submit it to Auckland Transport and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency for approval late-2021 to early-2022.
Preparation for route protection for projects in Redhills and Whenuapai within the North West Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) remains on hold and is dependent on future funding decisions.
South Auckland projects
KiwiRail is delivering new train stations at Drury Central, Drury West and Paerata. Find out more about the Auckland Metro Rail Programme(external link).
Mill Road will become a smaller scale project as part of recent changes to the New Zealand Upgrade Programme(external link). Find out more about the Mill Road project(external link).
Projects within the Drury Arterial Network were lodged for route protection with Auckland Council(external link) (Notice of Requirement) in January 2021.

Notice of Requirement 去做 Designation 這只能說是政府“先霸路”而已 是不是真的修還不好說 就是把地先佔了 然後屋主做什麼還要向它們(requiring authority) 拿同意 不一定就會修 事實上當年東區走廊 (East Transport Corridor) 也在District Plan 裡有大大條designation橫跨CBD 說要做一條city 和 東區的公路 到現在就只餘下那堆AMETI 的公交道而已 再遠一點 從上世紀 1940年代就已經有一個鐵路designation 說會在 Avondale 和 Panmure/Soutdown 工業區建鐵路 而這個designation 也出現在各不同年代的規劃文件裡 就是今天的unitary plan 也可以看到（ designation 號碼 6303）但什麼時候修還是遙遙無期 - 這些交通項目隨時可以按經濟環境 政治氣候 當然更會因為funding 隨時突然變得風風火火 又隨時突然失踪 - 樓主may對這些就不要太認真了

就是，现在这个新的轻轨项目预算是CRL 10倍，160多亿刀到时真的要建估计要200个亿，哪有钱干这事。

是從來沒開始修過.....就好像整條倒霉路也有這個 一會說要擴路做公交 一會又說做cycle lane 然後還是這個老樣子 現在又說要做light rail 了 天曉得10 20年後會不會還是現在這個樣子

回复了 有興趣的可以到那裡看看 華人買房最怕政府公屋 卻沒有想到鄰居會開按摩院和殯儀館（也都是華人居多） 也是防不勝防啊 呵呵
