去看过open home,看起来屋主做了装修,后面还有个独立出租的2室1厅,中介也说85左右就卖,cv84,没想到只卖了82.5,这房子是有啥问题吗?

不能分割的地都八折卖,中介吹牛逼的全是能分割的,其实分割完每份的价格也就80多万。这年头听中介的吹牛逼你就真傻逼了。

不是吧, 我看了几个bayview的,都卖了95以上,不过是全幅地,这个是个半幅地,但是也不是卖的低的理由吧
