我沒有覺得什麼,倒是好奇什麼人會買。。。
有些我覺得完全不合理的,例如沒車位。

的確city 的新房一萬一平已算超值了。

政府估计是这样想的,以后反正多半会给HNZ,而HNZ的房客们也不见得会买车,...... 所以车位也是浪费

Hard to buy 3brm house with 559k in Panmure I guess.....
Other than that I agree to all your opinion. The one in Panmure is the one I liked most actually, pity it doesn't come with carpark.

我粗略了一下,感觉都没有啥增值潜力,尤其是五年以内。同类低价房子,供应很足,而且户型设计实在low

hobsonville的三房挺大(相对),90平左右,没有车库。

hp已经好几个公寓了,这次是一片公寓里的12个,我看照片有些邻居非kb的已经搬进去了
