Look Like Kiwibuid is dead, now they are talking about resetting the whole thing.  Announcement next month.

Minister is now talking about renter stress, the result of killing all the sparrows?  haha...
Renter market is having an unprecedented increase in price (in Auckland) due to the government's policy. Most developments projects are not going to happen due to poor market condition, supply is kind of stopped. It will get worse.

In 2-3 years, he will be talking about the supply of houses again, in his word " there is no silver bullet" while previously he said kiwibuild is a "silver bullet to solve the housing crisis". We are back to the square one.

The drama is now unfolding -  The title is  "Not so smart team for not so smart policy - a wasted year"

Interesting to see in the interview below, he has all the terminologies, concept, big words, but hardly any real action plan. The way he hides around the questions and beat around the bush show he is suffering from "fake personality syndrome", it is like you hire a CEO for your company, but his qualifications and experience are all fake and the CEO has all the words and theory but a none-performer......it starts to sound like a con artist. haha.

Northcote state houses are now demolished (and gone) and look like the project is not progressing, left idle temporary. No wonder renter price is increasing.

Business owners at Northcote are now smiling, all of sudden, this place becomes peaceful.

Democracy by the majority is a government of mediocracy.

A majority is just a popular view, they are not necessarily the smart choice for the nation, they are elected by common thinking people who care about their bread and butter.

hence, the argument of western democracy has a self-destruction inbuilt system and leading to reset at some point in time during a crisis.

haha... we shall see.

fucking wasted millions on the marketing champion of those dumpy ideas. They absolutely have done nothing during the 9-year opposition and being laughed at national. However, when they stepped into the governance, they did everything wrong in after only one year. fucking brilliant labour party.

KIWIBUILD反正从开始许诺其实注定就是完蛋的。这个也没什么好多说了， PHIL和政府的嘴脸吃相实在是太难看了。这点很让我有感触。政客的嘴脸！

下一个跟着挂的项目一定一定一定是机场轻轨！！！！！
然后是大学第一年学费减免，
然后是贫困儿童SUPPORT

因为都是圣母理念下的治国罢了。。

虽然国家党也不咋地，现在他们就冷眼旁观，等明年选举年 估计来个万箭齐发，一招制敌，让联合政府下台。国家党也不是傻子。。。

阿顿政府的风格就是这样了。一大堆正确但空泛的理想，吸引了选票上台。然后没有管理经验，闭门造车弄出来一大堆雄心勃勃却没有操作性的计划，结果就是浪费纳税人的钱，也浪费了解决问题的时间，然后问题会更糟。
而她会跟克拉克一样，执政时拿新西兰的资源结好了联合国，下台之后去联合国就职了。

真希望新西兰有问责制，花了这么多纳税人的钱，浪费了这么多时间，然后政客们拿着高薪拿着政治正确的政绩继续忽悠，没任何人对这些事负责

Contrarian Theory - Everyone now think Labour Coalition is going to win the next year election, just because most people think that way, it might prove the other way around.

It will be a black swam scenario if Labour Coalition is defeated.

There is a possibility that National will amend the overseas investment act and replace it for something else. They chose not to make any noise until closer to an election year.

Feeling that the National lacks resistance since this month. Maybe they choose to not hold this incompetent coalition government into account and free them to drive onto self-destruction road. No reminding or protest. The best strategy is to let the public to judge the way this government heading. They keep silent and avoid proving any suggestions, just complaining is adequate to bring labour down.

就連一個小老闆經營生意都得戰戰兢兢的, 任何決定導致的盈虧都得自負, 而這些傻B政客run這麼大的國家機器, 掌握國家資源, 政策攸關全民的權益, 搞砸了, 濫用了反正就是全民買單, 他們高薪照領, 責任沒有, 誰叫人家是官呢, 牛B啊!!

I don't know what NZ is getting at, continue punishing small businesses?
For a small country, overly compliance, overly tax, overly politically correct, that will make many people pack up and go.

Then the government start to look for a new round of people again, every 4-5 years.
