新西兰房子在 Business Light Industry zone

看好了一个Mt Roskill 房子，发现是 Business Light Industry zone.
上网查到这个资料:
This zone provides for light industrial activities that do not generate objectionable odour, dust or noise emissions. This includes light manufacturing, production, logistics, storage, transport and distribution activities. Due to the industrial nature of the activities, sensitive activities such as residential, office or retail activities that are not related to the predominant use on-site are not appropriate. An exception is made for trade suppliers, motor vehicle sales and garden centres, which may locate in the zone subject to location and traffic considerations.
不知道有没有大神对这方面有了解，适不适合民居，对房价的影响，谢谢

那樓主喜歡的房子現在是民居 還是工場呢？
你都看到了 council 這個zone裡不鼓勵住宅發展 所以保存現在的當然沒有問題 但再也加建甚至分割 恐怕就有點難度了 需要申請resource consent 做各方面的評估 不批准的機會也頗大
至於房價 工業區的房價大概不能和傳統鳥語花香的住宅區比？
