I like this one. Development costs about $1 million, will increase 3 more terrace houses under unitary plan. keep them all as rentals for good cash flow.

恩对的,现在unitary plan能提供很多开发商机,但也会有陷阱。
还有就是Brad来奥克兰从机场去城里时不停指路边villas说6 pack, 8 pack, 12 pack...
