CHCH之前地震造成房屋损坏不少加上重建工人人数众多，一度是一房难求。demand高结果就是大兴土木，如今重建即将完成，外地工人也逐渐离去，现在就是oversupply。之前有interest.co.nz报道说CHCH rental已经开始放缓了。CHCH不像AKL，坑可以用移民补,套住了要很久才出的来。
