case by case. Subdivision consent may cost around 1.0-1.3w(included Council Fee--$3500-$4500).

$1.9W is development contribution fee (报价)-这直到你盖好房子,申请224c 才需要付。subdivion consent total paperwork charge only 1.0-1.3w(included Council Fee).

分割费用粗算的话会在10-15万之间,里面包含paperwork的费用,土地贡献费,设计师费用,公共污水管道延长(这个视情况而定,有些分割不需要),三通,drive way等等,还有一些小的费用就不一一列出来了,个人建议如果没经验的话还是找人帮你跑分割手续或者直接买熟地吧。
