今天去看了 Oteha 一个 3 bdrm Unit 的pre auction, 556K, 同一 street number,不同 Unit number 的一个一样的 unit 4 个月前拍的是 520K

我觉得中区以外的UNIT不能足以说明房市
因为不管北岸 西区 东区 南区 unit的数量不像中区一样占主导数量,带地房产才是
当然了我没否定房价还是在升

我就没见到降,参加了很多拍卖,都是比cv高出几十万,一堆人抢,成交中位数下降只能说明更多人去抢便宜房子了

plaster的房子 自己住不介意无所谓。下次拿出来卖,不管你漏不漏。大家都不愿意买,所以便宜,价格便宜就当买块地

As what F11 said in his post, it is ok for yourself to stay in, but the price will not rise up as much as other houses.
I bought my house 3 yrs ago, a brick one, the market value has raised about 50% since then.
Back then, I viewed another plaster house in the same area built by univers*l home and was selling at the same price as mine 3 yrs ago. This house was put back into the market not long ago, the asking price was only roughly 25% higher than 3 yrs ago.
It is not the plaster house is having issues, it is only ppl are afraid of touching this type of houses :)
