今日預到一件事情, 上週unconditional 了的房子, 律師今早email 我說查到title 有問題, 居然unconditional 了還可以不買... 全款退還了給我
真的買房這麼久也不知道可以這樣~

your lawyer should have discuss with you before requisite the title ( requisition of title - 10 days from the date of agreement).
If it is a minor problem on title , you might still want to buy it.... based on that, i don't think your lawyer is a good lawyer, as he has acted on something before discussing with you.
- your lawyer can discuss with you and give you more options on how to solve the problem, and get back to seller's lawyer to reach an agreement on money to fix the problem. If it can't be fixed before settlement, how much money will be retained by your lawyer.
- your agreement is cancelled, it might be an opportunity lost in today's heated market. Which realistically can be cured by $$$.
2 sides of the coin, it depends which side you look at it.

您的房子应该签的是议价的买卖合同吧。
如果是议价的买卖合同,合同的5.0标准条款都给买家10个工作日的时间检查title. 如果title有问题,买家律师可以在签合同后的10个工作日之内反对title,这个和你的合同是否有条件没关系。但是,过了10个工作日,就不能反对title了。
