看似挺简单的,就是还一个固定的做做清洁就好了。
比如现在租金500的,这样一晚120,city空置率大概都在1/5--稍高左右,如果location,环境好,空置率低,一个月有8,9天空置,剩下22天等于2640,但是还要支付清洁费用,
好处是,每月的空置期,可以让朋友自己去呆呆。

这个网站预订服务也是trademe 的,所以客户群还很广,不知道trademe如何收费。

I run that before.... yearly fee, or half yearly fee for placing your advertisement.
Mostly overseas travellers, or outstation people from other cities.
it looks simple, but money not consistent ( more hand-on and monitoring), average out almost the same from renting long term.

年费贵不贵呢?如果不介意,你大概以前出租的话是多少一晚,空置率大概多少呢?为什么他们不住quest 那种公寓酒店?

I use a house to run, not apartment.
you need to provide a lot of things.... furnishings and include everything ( linen, towel etc) for them to have comfortable stay. yearly fee to holiday houses is about $280, but now might increase.
you need to meet them when they arrive and check out ( or left keys somewhere). Stay can be a week or less. So, some vacant in between. That is what I meant a lot of monitoring.
Some people you meet can be nice, some can be untidy ( although you did say they need to tidy up).
