请大家谈一谈P-lab house 都有什么特征，比如：几房，什么区 和 是否隐蔽。。。有没有人去过P-lab house 的 open home 或 遇到过P-lab house ？买房时有没有必要做类似的检查？

首先我要说的是，我应该没遇到过，除非我现在拥有的房子有p lab
至于特征好像没有很明显的，最近惠灵顿刚在土豪公寓大楼发现P Lab，好像还是在警察总局对面。不过听说应该会有味道，或者污迹，或者奇奇怪怪的器具。
感觉最好就是买卖家自住的房子。实在不放心，就花100刀做个检测

Signs a P lab may be operating:
Chemical smells coming from a house or building, (the smells can be sweet, bitter, ammonia or solvent smells)
Exhaust fans running at odd times
Lots of rubbish around the outside of the house, garage or detached building on a property – especially empty containers or chemical containers
People visiting at unusual times
Blacked out windows or curtains drawn all day

Rental properties used in the manufacture of methamphetamine (‘P’)
Landlords should check for any signs the property been used as a P lab.
The Auckland Regional Public Health Service has identified some warning signs that a lab is operating*. These include:
Unusual chemical smells that are not normally present in the area
Numerous chemical containers (labelled solvent, acid, flammable) stored or stock piled
Stained glass equipment and cookware
Plastic or glass containers fitted with glass or rubber tubing
Numerous cold tablet packages lying around or in the rubbish
Portable gas tanks or other cylinders not normally seen or used in the area
Chemical stains around household kitchen sink, laundry, toilet or stormwater drains
Yellow/brown staining of interior floor wall ceiling and appliance surfaces
Any unusual activity particularly at night

Epsom property raided by armed police

An Epsom property believed to house a clandestine methamphetamine lab has been raided by armed police this morning.
Auckland City Police communications manager Noreen Hegarty said a search warrant at the Manukau Rd property was executed just after 5.30am.
It's believed there was a clandestine methamphetamine lab at the property, she said.
"A preliminary examination has located chemicals and components of a lab and a scene examination is continuing."
Three people had been spoken to at the address, however there had yet to be any confirmed arrests.
No children were at the address, Ms Hegarty said.
Manukau Rd between Greenfield Rd and Pah Rd were closed by police while the warrant was executed.
They would be closed until the area was deemed safe, Ms Hegarty said.
Fire service and ambulance staff were also at the scene.

装修过后没有明显的痕迹，但是长期居住后会出现各种不同症状，比如头晕，恶心等等...
所以买房前最好确认前屋主是否居住其中？居住多久等等
