適合投資嗎？那邊的apt售價都不是太高，靠近學校。但有沒有什麼問題呢？

It's convenient there, but has got AUT and AU student hostel there too---hence relatively safe and easy for rental.
All buildings can be leaky, not just apartments on Mount St.
Just think clear whether this is just an investment property or what, and if the price is right, and you've done ur research, there's no reason not to buy. This forum is just to help u to make a decision, but nobody can make the decision for u.

If it's a good building with good return, i don't see a problem
It's easy renters as it's near 2 universities, but u have to check the body corp mins thoroughly (or get a lawyer to do so).
