new lynn 开车35分钟到city, massey 22分钟, 你说那个省时间一点, new lynn虽然直线距离近点，但是上高速痛苦.

Glen eden has the train station and with electric train upgrade starting next year , places close to train station in Glen eden would be better , but the price is already very high.With more people in AKL , the traffice jam is going to get worse and worse and having a better public transport is better then close to motor way if you are considering a rental property.

那为什么new lynn要比massey贵多了呢？况且前者到city非高峰根本用不了半小时。 papatoe还在高速口呢

Massey的潜力体现在交通优势上,去city，北岸在非高峰期的情况下都在20分钟左右。今后的优势将会体现在在建的westgate westfiled mall的商圈辐射作用下。我个人相信3年后的Massey将成为西区的Albany。

So anywhere in messy that only takes 5 mins to get on the motor way will take roughly 25 mins to go to city off peak of course. So it is still possible for some property in messy to have 22 mins to go to city.

不过在高速路西南边的，离高速口近的离高压电线都很近。
