Epsom is super top for Chinese and upper middle for KIWI (but kiwi cannot afford there), so you get 80% asian there...

The ratings are based on an index of relative affluence/poverty of the population of that suburb using NZ Census information. They include many factors other than just income. The complexity is simplified in the table by dividing the areas into five groups, which are colour coded for easy reference

这个评级时所作的ｒｅｓｅａｒｃｈ应该是很片面的，　估计问卷调查者中很多是洋人和毛岛，　亚洲人比较少。　因为从结果来看，　那些区都是比较适宜休息生活和洋人社区生活的，　而且问卷调查者中可能年轻未婚的也占了很大比例。　Ｅｐｓｏｍ作为一个热门的校区尽然没有排在前面，　CBD也排最后。　因为很多洋人买房的原则不是考虑工作地点，　也不是太考虑今后孩子的学校，　而是考虑是否有全副地，　是否有足够的空间和隐私，　可以在周末天天喝酒BBQ的大院子。　花ｅｐｓｏｍ的房价，　可能很多洋人愿意买ｏｒｅｗａ的海景豪宅。　因为最近去ｇｒｅｅｎｂａｙ和ｔｉｔｉｒａｎｇｉ的拍卖，　很多是住那里的艺术家（因为ｏｐｅｎ　ｈｏｍｅ时看到他们挂墙上的毕业证了）因为现在的房市不错，　就卖个高价，　然后都搬到 WAIHEKE ISLAND去了，　因为那里现在房价更便宜，　但是风景更好更安静。
