新西兰关于新房TITTLE的事情

请问各位XDJM们，新房子的TITTLE一般什么时候能下来呢？房子本来是8月底交割，但我们想提前交割，但是TITTLE一直没有下来，请问各位大侠们知道大概是因为什么原因吗？（房子是6月初拍卖下来的）

Title 是Land Information New Zealand 發的 和Council 沒關 唯一和council有關是如果地是新分割出來的 section 224c 證書沒出才和council 有連系- 要council 發了s224c LINZ 才會發title
如果是轉名那些 應該也是LINZ負責的 然後律師通知council更新地稅的系統吧 這方面具體的我不太了解 但title 不是council管的這個可以是肯定的

Title是等LINZ搞，这个急也没有用，就好像我们NL的楼盘，什么都弄好了，就是等LINZ转title足足等了两个月。

i want to ask the same question as well, how long does it normally take to process new land title application? I have similar situation as well. I won the auction in late May. As the land was divided, agent told me new land title for my property will be issued in mid of July, and then, told me there are some delays, probably 2-3 weeks delay. But I dont trust what she said, sigh, really want to get property settled as soon as possible. As loan rate increased recently, I applied my loan in last month, if I cannot get my property settled by mid of August, will have to apply new loan, rate will increase. so anyone can tell me normally how long it will take to issue a new title. : (
