今天经过Remuera Road，5 Lavender Court Remuera 发现这个广告牌上贴上了Sold， 上次拍卖到了貌似90万中，屋主不卖，后来挂牌上市，好像是要价105万这样子，现在不知道卖了多少钱？是Barfoot的盘，请知道的朋友能够上来说一下
