按说这个还是针对根本供需矛盾来做的,如果真的供给量上去了,肯定会让市场冷静些

land cost say = $200k
Is difficult to built cheaper houses, these days.
Gov't say want to free up more land in rural areas, people can live in bombay hill, warkworth, Orewa, if there is no job opportunities there, how are they going to travel to work?
They cannot just built houses, but also commercial activities to sustain it.
Auckland council prefer using the existing land to create more houses, using the existing infrastructure & commercial activities. I think this is more workable than the govt view.

这个太高了吧。。。普通房子1500-1600不就够了么?还是双层的价格

that is what builder said when i ask for a simple quote for a simple house.
at the end, i still think 2nd hand houses (old houses) are cheaper.
