If it's a healthy market, real estate companies have to charge the marketing cost, because it's worth of doing this, sale price always beyonds expectation under a good marketing campaign.
But it really depends the value of the properties if they want to a free marketing package.

Depends on the value of the properties, if its one million house , could be looking at around 8000 plus gst, 600000 below around 3500 plus gst. It can be vary, figures are not a true reflection, please check your message inbox

thks. i will talk to a few and compare the price.
Will go to their open house and see how they perform first .... and consider other options. Selling thru agent , i will need to add $20k to cover commission, selling privately, i can consider $20k less.
my neighbour who sold privately told me $25k is her full yr salary.... cannot take it lightly. Now, i understood what she meant.

那我找的中介,他们一般都希望做拍卖的,如果买家出价我觉得合理了想接受offer不想再拍卖了这样可以撤消当初的合同,不拍卖,直接接受出价可以吗?因为看看那个commission真的是很高哦。

LZ换房的话我觉得还是先买好房再卖的好。。。要不然中间不得再租房子嘛。。

commission不管怎么卖都是要付的吧?除非你以开始就是私卖的
