weatherboard type clad house with no cavities. Has a concrete tile
roof on timber piles.
Foundation Walls and base boards
Foundation walls are made of timber posts. Baseboards are
fibrolite. All appears to be in good condition. Recommend keeping
cladding clear of the ground level to prevent water soakage.
