APIA is pleased to feature trust investor and mentor Ron Hoy Fong for the October Beginner Investor group.
Ron will present a wholistic view on property investment. He will talk about the various issues facing property investors and share his views on how to deal with them all. From financing, negotiating, renovating, management to adding value, recycling equity and realising your investment - Ron has seen and done it all. Since the 90s Ron has gone from owning one property to 21 today. Somewhere along the way Ron has developed his own unique investment strageties that has since benefited many APIA members.
This meeting is packed with information that are valuable for newbie investors. We strongly recommend all beginner investor to attend.
