如果不是做假，把生意做起来再卖高价其实非常不上算。精力风险周期都考虑进去。不值得。真有那个能耐远不如专注把生意做红火，做稳定，舒舒服服的挣稳当的钱。效率要高得多，还省心。

他应该指的是把生意设立起来运营，出手给投资移民，或者找不到工作的技术移民。

想法是好的，实行就会有很多的细节处理起来非常困难，外行干不了，内行了之后，就更不会这么干了。除非内行作假搞投机。
