大家好!小弟我今年25岁,来澳大利亚也有7-8年了! 一直想创业,但是每想到一个行业都感觉现在已经不行了!!都不好做!我现在唯一看好的行业就是CHILDCARE!!据说做这个很麻烦 难度高!!不知道这个行业利润怎么样!!我不想买生意做!我想自己买底然后建!我根本没有这方面的经验~~可能以后会有很多的弯路要走!!不知道有没有从事这方面行业的高手,指点指点小弟我!!我的启动资金大概有400W 澳币!不知道是否够!!我想在内西区这里开!不知道这个区如何!!比如BURWOOD  STRATHFIELD!

收入稳定? 你知道澳洲有多少Childcare是营利性质的吗?

你自己创任何生意都可以卖的,不光是Childcare,这都不能成为理由。

你还要卖了生意后出租地皮?
创建生意不一定需要买地皮,
相反你如果坚信该行业要远比房地产投资回报大,
你应该租场地,节约初始资金从而扩大规模。。。。。。

我有在四个不同的childcare centres打过工,但是,感觉做casual childcare worker的根本看不到核心的东西,照顾孩子每天的流程大家都差不多。我也觉得这个行业好,但没有那么多钱投资啦!

优点:1.需求大,很多孩子都在waiting list 上面等着幼儿园要他们。所以,不愁没生意。
            2.如果连房产一起买下的,话就更没有什么风险了,作为地产肯定也会有升值空间。
            3.如果买已经存在的business的话,可以把原来的员工留下,然后,自己慢慢地学着点。

缺点:1.准备各种paper work 很繁琐。我经常看到有些老师一直坐在电脑面前打东西,就是孩子自己抓伤自      己什么的,反正by law有很多paper work 要做。孩子的安全这点要很小心。
           2.我觉得人工成本应该会比其他的小business高,因为,我做casual的工资都有21.93每小时,估计那些part time和full time 的staff 肯定工资会很高。
          3.注意食品的安全,有很多孩子对各种不同的东西过敏。我去打工,就不让带鸡蛋和nuts。应该是在孩子进来之前就已经先登记了解好的,他们的饮食习惯。不过,只要不做那种高危食品,应该还是可以的。如果买的现成的business,这个应该不是问题。一定要把老员工先留下来。
         4.老员工在得久,懂得多。但这些有permanent job的人中,也有不少懒人,这就要靠你自己在慢慢摸索中搞定了。

我觉得想法挺好的,你可以自己先买一家几十万的,带地产的。先开始做,做顺了,再买其他的。

注意几件事情:一定要了解相关法律,像什么多少成人照顾多少年龄段的孩子,它好像有个固定的比率。我去的几家,他们都不是严格的按照那个规定,然后雇casual做,只有几个permanent的。 还有,似乎要什么牌照或许可证之类的,看看它有没有过期。
