But I think you need to looking for a insurance broker as just few company can sell business insurance to individuals.

房东投保的不应该是business insurance吧，只是有保玻璃什么的，主要是房产里面的东西，仅限原有的东西。

应该是Property insurance, 可以房东自己保，也可以有生意的owner保。
