准备开公司，注册ABN， ACN。现在主要的经营范围是进口中国的货物在这边卖。
如果过几个月准备提供这边的清洁服务（under同一家公司），需要注册另外一个ABN ＆ ACN吗？

You could combined the two but it is much better off to set up separate entities for the two different businesses so that your liabilities and financial accounts are clearer.
