毛利17k/2=8500,减去1200和4100,只剩3200.就算他taking没虚报一年也就赚150k.

毛利真的那么低吗？ 我听说，coffee, COGS 25% and food, such as sandwich, COGS 35%, so the gross profit should be higher than 50%? Is this true?

Just talked to the agent today, and was told that the business makes around $5K per week profit. Does it make sense? I still think the COGS shall only be around 35% ...
