我想在澳大利亚墨尔本地区销售一种产品.以后看情况,扩大到其他城市.
请问,我可以为该产品申请澳大利亚版权或专利吗?
我个人可以销售吗? 还是一定要注册公司? 以公司名义?
销售收入要交税吗? 我开发这个产品用了很多钱,没有赚钱也要交税吗?

Is it a new product that is not known to the public yet?
You can certainly trade under your own name. However, in order to safeguard a patent, or a trademark, or a IP, it is never a good idea to have them under your own name. That is why alot of people set up trust/company to hold their patent/trademark/IP, while trading under another entity.
