Been a member of product review for awhile and have recently notice the banner, complete 4 reviews get a $20 coles giftcard. I don't think this is targeted. Doesn't seem to be anything to stop you using multiple accounts and emails. (Note: I just completed today, says I will receive card at end of month)

我做完了，收到邮件说是月底才给egift card.
我没上传购物凭证，这不是必选项啊。当然，我写review的都是家电居多，都有保留购物凭证（纸质或电子版invoice）,就是懒得传。
