這種鍋子應該和其它的鐵瓷鍋差不多吧，看它成份有陶瓷有鐵有不粘底的搪瓷在內.

上次买的Aldi锅特别喜欢，煮意面炖排骨是烂的快，但是前天炖之前炒时下面的搪瓷涂层突然崩了。。。
