我买了3台小功率的，原价 752，20% off 601，cash bach100再，等于501一台
再 cash reward的话，应该不到500，很便宜了

I just looked at the 5kW system, and Fujitsu and Panasonic are actually only $50 more expensive than Kelvinator after cashback and ebay discount, so personally I would go with those 2. Why? Because if you look at the current rating, Kelvinator actually says:
Current rating amps 15 amps (http://www.kelvinator.com.au/Pro ... C-AFCD-08CA7053E235)
Compare this to ~5A for Fujitsu and Panasonic which can be connected to your existing property's electric circuit without any issue, A current rating of 15A would almost certainly guarantee extra couple of $100's of dollars out of pocket just to install a separate circuit for the Kelvinator!!

The second one! Give your installer a call first.. If he says there is a danger of overload, it's ok, it's very easy to cancel from The Good Guys.. Or just ask your tenants not to turn on all aircons at the same time if overload only occurs when all 3 units are on.
