Guys be very careful of harvey norman online store. I ordered something last time there is amex300-50 offer, I have been told that item is out of stock in the store I choose to pick up, waited two month, called several times, cancelled order in frustration in the end.
I did a google search online, and found similar complaints

同感，而且客服态度真心不咋样，没有抱歉的感觉，就感觉你这么着急干嘛，才等一个月而已，我们有货自然发给你，着什么急。很不爽的经历，见过这么多客服接电话第一句都是sorry，只有harvey norman 直接来一句，你才订了一个月而已嘛。
