跟中国公民申请是一样的，只是新西兰PR会对排除移民倾向问题有一定的帮助。英国那边有朋友或亲戚邀请的话是最好的了。

You need to fill in application form online

Then book an appointment with them to complete a biometric appointment. (Finger print). more detail as below, hope this help.
1. Carefully read all the information relating to the category of visa you are seeking. If you don't provide full supporting documentation and your current passport, which must have at least 1 blank double sided page available, your application may be refused. This is particularly important for all applications made under the Points Based System as documentation must meet stringent requirements.
2. Complete the online application and pay the fee by credit card. Save the application and print off a copy. You will be prompted to book an appointment online to have your biometric data taken. This is a simple process of submitting electronic fingerprint scans and having a digital photo taken.
3. Book an appointment to submit your biometric data in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. Print off the appointment letter that has been emailed to you.
4. On the day of your appointment, go along to the office you have chosen with your printed appointment letter, application form, current passport, and submit your biometric data. Your biometric data will not be accepted if you have not made an online appointment.
5. Sign the printed copy of your online application form, (All applications MUST be signed or they will be sent back). and then send it by courier along with all your supporting documentation to:

(remember to enclose a self addressed New Zealand Post/Courier Post return courier envelope, that must be large enough to hold your documents without folding)
6. Enclose a recent passport photo.
7. Enclose all your supporting documentation, including your Passport. Supporting documentation: Documents from this link are intended to be for guidance purposes only; they are not exhaustive and submitting all of the required documents is not a guarantee that you will be issued a visa. Only documents submitted with your application will be considered. You will not be requested to submit additional documents after you have submitted your application. You must not submit a completed PDF application form but make your application using the "online form only".
8. Make sure that the relevant appendix is attached for all PBS applications.
9. Enclose a signed copy of the consent to disclosure of information [PDF 19kb] if you have declared any convictions.
Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Make sure you allow enough time for the application process to be completed before you make any travel plans.
Please note applicants CANNOT lodge or collect these applications in person at the British High Commission in Wellington or at the British Consulate General in Auckland.
Immigration New Zealand (INZ) simply collects biometric data on behalf of the British High Commission. They are not able to offer advice or information on your application, nor do they accept British visa applications. If you do not have an appointment you will be turned away.  All enquiries regarding the visa application process should be directed to [email protected]. Do not send any documentation to Immigration New Zealand.
