Sales Representative/Assistant (based in Albany office)
Vikon Design and Construction is currently seeking a full time Sales Representative/Assistant to join its team.The company offers commercial & residential design and construction service to assist clients to build their new homes, school & churches, leaky home recladding, or renovation & extension projects.

Our teams of project managers, QS, architectural designers, interior designers and interior joinery makers, collaborate to deliver high quality design and building projects. We focus on medium scale residential developments, high end residential houses, commercial interior design and commercial alterations. Our clients include home owners, investors, property developers, business owners and government agencies.
General tasks:
- Responding to customer enquiries and following up with the clients
- Liaise with clients, external consultant and others to ensure that goals are met
- Managing paper work associated with contracts, projects and services provided
- Manage and analysing internal data system and writing report
- Assisting with promotional activities
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Support to managers as required
You should have:
- Great customer service skills
- Prior solid local sales experiences in building industry is preferred
- High literacy and number skills with the ability to write proposals
- Ability to collaborate with the existing team
- Skills in Excel, Word and other project management software
- Basic IT knowledge
- Fluent English in written and verbal
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines
- Clean & valid NZ full driver license
- Personable attitude

• 持有有效的新西兰驾驶执照

橱柜生产及安装学徒/中工-New Lynn
一家以设计为导向的高端定制橱柜制造商，用于厨房、洗衣房、衣柜、教室和办公室装修，以满足客户的需求。目前正在我们的 New Lynn 工厂寻找1-2名橱柜生产及安装工加入我们的团队，对学徒提供相关培训和工具支持。（周一至周五的全职工作，有时需要在周六工作）
主要职责：
• 与室内设计师协作设计和规格
• 制造和安装橱柜及其他室内细木工制品
• 保持一个安全、清洁和井井有条的生产区域
• 遵守和促进公司健康和安全实践以及其他管理政策
• 现场安装以及按照公司要求在车间运作程序内进行联络工作
• 完成主管或管理层分配的其他合理的临时任务指派
任职要求：
• 欢迎认真好学的学徒人选，不论你是否有木工工具经验
• 1 年以上相似岗位工作经验，会操作数控机床和封边机为佳
• 有车，持有有效、无不良记录的新西兰全驾照，可以驾驶工具车
• 注重细节的高标准工作质量
• 能够在无人监督的情况下接受指导和工作
• 具备执行健康和安全标准的意识和能力
• 较强的职业道德，支持公司管理和营销策略
• 成为问题解决者
