Healthy and Fresh Ltd is seeking an Import Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. We are a fast growing, wholesale and import/export produce business based in Airport Oaks, Auckland.
The successful applicant will be required for the following tasks
- Ensure import relevant documents are meeting various requirements
- Ensure timely clearance of import shipments
- Liaise with MPI, custom brokers ports and devanning on any issues
- Import/export logistic matters
- Assist in maintaining transitional facility (TF) compliance documentations
- Timely communication of import shipment status
- Follow up import containers status
- Arrange MPI inspection bookings
- Stock takes daily and ensure the stock quantity and quality
- Assist in all aspect of import matters
Qualifications, attributes and experience sought
- Related experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good computer skill and system knowledge
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Team spirit and focused, can-do attitude
- Preferable has experience working in the fresh food industry
- Preferably fluent in English and Chinese
