(1)Communicating with clients by Email/phone
(2)Managing applications for water meters, power connections and telecom connections
(3)Assisting client with selections of exterior/interior colours and kitchen cabinetry design
(4) Working with QS to place orders for window joinery/kitchen cabinetry/carpet/etc.
(5)Pricing client variations
(6)Preparing required documents for 223/224c applications (subdivision)
(7)Providing general project support for site managers
(8)Raising invoices for stage payments
(9)Meeting clients with sales consultant
(10)Liaising with suppliers and site managers to ensure materials arrive on time
(11)Maintaining a good relationship with suppliers

We are a construction company. As the growth of our business, we are now hiring the Branch Operations Manager for our Northshore Branch. This is a new role for the branch. We offer you a warm and happy working environment.
Job Description
- This role will be based in our Northshore Branch
- You need to work hand-in-hand with the Construction team, QS team and/or Design team to ensure smooth and efficient project management.
- Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements
- Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached
- Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable
- Convey project needs from the site manager to the management of the company.
- Maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership
- Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.
RequirementsYou may need to meet the following requirements:
- Good and effective communication skills
- Good analytical and organizational abilities are of great importance
- Possess good leadership ability, as well as ability to work as part of a team or even lead a team when called upon
- Ability to read and interpret specifications
- Ability to be proactive and also to foresee events and react appropriately towards them
- The ability to multitask and strategize in different situations is also relevant
- Ability to work and carry out projects within a stipulated time frame or deadline
- Degree in any management or engineering field will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years on-the-job experience in a similar role or in any other construction capacity.
