Administration Officer
In this role, you will beproviding seamless Administration support to the company. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied as andwhen required:
· Administration duties: order consumables for the office, organizing meetings, preparing agendas and takemeeting minutes etc.
· General reception duties: greet visitors, email correspondence andanswering calls, attend to daily mail (incoming & outgoing), deal withcourier bookings and receive in parcels, etc.
· Assistprocurement, such as search for suppliers, check supplier's credibility,negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality products are cost effective anddelivered within timeline.
· Provide HR support when and as requested.
· Assist with Health & Safety activities.
· Performother administration duties required by the company.
Experience and proven ability inthe following:
· Eye to details andability to prioritize and manage workload in busy environment.
· Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
· Fast and accuratedocumentation skills and good computer literacy skills.
· 1-2 years’experience in similar administrative role is preferable.
· Humanresources, Health and Safety knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
