Job Description
Bracu Restaurant is looking for front-of-house superstars to join our energetic and vibrant team. We have positions available in our fine dining restaurant and the Pavilion - Bracu's purpose-built event space.
Restaurant: Open for service Thursday to Saturday for Lunch and Dinner and Sunday for Lunch.
Requirements:
Must be available to work Thursday and Friday Lunch and inner shifts and the occasional weekend
Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
Critical thinking skills
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 1 year working in a restaurant is preferred but not essential
The job may start from casual time and has the potentials to become a full-time role in the future.
Pavilion: Open for events 7 days a week
Requirements: Must be available to work weekends day and evening shifts and occasional weekdays
