We are a family-owned retail store in North Shore, aiming to provide customers with a wide range of high-quality products with nice design and affordable prices. We are looking for one talented Retail Salespersons with a solid background in retail/eCommerce to join our team.
About the role
22.5 - 30 hours per week, 10 am - 3 pm, 5-6 days per week (Working hours can be negotiated)
Duties include
- Process cash and credit card payments
- Pack and process online orders
- Respond to inquiries over the phone or email
- Educate and provide advice to customers on our brands and products
- Gift wrapping
- Ensure the store is tidy, clean, and well organized
- Support manager and director
About you
- Energetic, proactive, and customer service focused
- Proven retail experience, relevant working experience is preferred
- E-commerce, Shopify, Vend experience will be an advantage (but not necessary).
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
